Accensys private note
Send notes that will self-destruct after being read.
With Accensys Private Note, you can securely share sensitive information such as passwords or other private text. Once you create a note, you will receive a unique link. Simply copy and paste this link into an email or instant message, and send it to the intended recipient.Upon clicking the link for the first time, the recipient will view the note in their browser. Subsequently, the note will automatically self-destruct, ensuring that no one, not even the recipient, can access the information again. The link becomes inactive, providing an extra layer of security. This feature is particularly beneficial for sharing passwords, as it prevents the password from being stored in an email or message.
Tip: When creating a private note containing a password, ensure that the username and the URL or server are
not included in the note. This precaution ensures that if the note is compromised, the other necessary information is not exposed.
